learnLCA is a free school of life cycle assessment for everyone in a business who now works with environmental data: purchasing, finance and planning, product and engineering, sales and tenders, sustainability, and the people who review the work. You don’t need to become an LCA specialist. You need to understand the method well enough to do your job, and to check the numbers you are given.

It is written by LCA practitioners who review studies and Environmental Product Declarations professionally, at Verdatir. The aim is to teach the decisions that change results, from first principles, the way you would learn to cost a product.

What we give you

• The school: lessons from the basics (LCA 101) through the drivers that ask for the data (EPDs, the Construction Products Regulation, CBAM and product carbon footprints) to the data you bring (bills of materials, databases and supplier data).
• Skills for your AI assistant: free skills you install in Claude, Claude Cowork or ChatGPT, so the assistant drafts the analysis with every number traced to evidence and your job becomes checking it. Download them from the Skills class.
