What we keep, and why
The lessons on learnLCA need no account, and we set no cookies and use no tracking. The only information we store about you comes from the Learn with a teacher form, and only what you choose to give.
Who is responsible
learnLCA is run by Verdatir AB, Stockholm, Sweden. Verdatir AB decides what is stored and why (the data controller). Questions and requests: support@verdatir.com.
What we store
- That you clicked "I’m interested".
- Whether it is for you or for your team, and the price band you chose.
- Your email address, but only if you enter it and tick the consent box. Without it, your answers cannot be linked to you.
We do not store your IP address, your browser details or anything else about your visit.
Why
The answers tell us whether to run a taught cohort, and at what price. Your email address is used only to tell you about the first cohort: its date, its content and how to join. We do not send newsletters or marketing from other parts of Verdatir, and we never sell or share your address. The legal basis for using your email address is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is kept
Your answers are stored in a database run by Neon in Frankfurt, Germany, and written by a function that Vercel runs in Frankfurt. Both process the data only on our behalf. The website itself is delivered through Vercel’s global network, which, like any web host, keeps short technical logs of requests.
How long
Email addresses are deleted 12 months after you sign up, or sooner if you ask. Answers without an email address cannot identify you and are kept for planning.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@verdatir.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) atimy.se.
